I'm super nervous and excited! I just don't which one is more prominent...anyways, tomorrow is job shadow day! I'm shadowing a chef at Chez Panisse. Yes, that's right. I'm super nervous though! Wish me luck? Break a leg? But not literally. And Thursday is...well, a surprise!
